Refunds & Return Policy

At Little Winks, our treats are handmade in small batches using pet-safe ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged and cannot be replaced
  • We are unable to fulfil your order

Refunds will be processed via your original payment

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Allergies

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient suitability for their pets. We are not responsible for allergic reactions once products have been consumed.
