All our treats are handmade in small batches using pet-safe ingredients. Slight variations in colour, shape, or size may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received via PayFast or another approved method.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are securely processed via PayFast. We do not store any payment card details on our website.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade pet treats, we do not accept returns on opened products. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their pets do not have allergies to listed ingredients. Little Winks is not liable for any adverse reactions once products have been consumed.
